Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Pricing Lab (the "Service"), operated by Rhetica Ltd, a company registered in Tokyo, Japan ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What we provide

The Service consists of two parts:

AI Pricing Reset — a one-time engagement in which, using the Stripe revenue data and AI usage data you provide, we produce: a per-customer and per-feature margin map; three pricing-model simulations run against your historical data; a recommended pricing blueprint; and a launch pack (Stripe configuration guidance and customer communication templates).

Margin Watch — an ongoing subscription providing a margin dashboard and alerts when a customer becomes unprofitable, a feature crosses a cost threshold, or model/infrastructure costs change materially.

2. Delivery

We aim to deliver your completed AI Pricing Reset within 10 days of you connecting Stripe and providing complete, usable usage data. Our delivery commitment is the 14-day guarantee described in Section 4. Delivery timelines depend on you providing accurate and complete data; delays caused by missing or unusable data extend the timeline accordingly.

3. Fees and billing

• The AI Pricing Reset is charged as a one-time fee, payable in full at checkout via our payment processor, Stripe.
• Margin Watch is included free for the first 30 days following your purchase. After 30 days it continues automatically at the then-current rate (currently US$99/month) unless cancelled.
• By completing checkout you authorise these charges, including the recurring Margin Watch subscription that begins after the 30-day included period.
• All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply.

4. Guarantees and refunds

Delivery guarantee. If we do not deliver your full AI Pricing Reset (margin map, three pricing simulations, recommended pricing blueprint, and launch pack) within 14 days of you connecting Stripe and providing complete usage data, you may request and will receive a 100% refund of the AI Pricing Reset fee.

Usefulness guarantee. After you receive your AI Pricing Reset, you have 7 days to review it. If it does not give you clear, concrete guidance on how to change your pricing and where you are losing margin, email us within that 7-day window and we will refund the AI Pricing Reset fee in full.

5. Margin Watch cancellation

Margin Watch carries a minimum term of three months from the start of paid billing (i.e. from day 30). You may cancel at any time after that minimum term by emailing info@aipricinglab.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Margin Watch subscription fees are not refundable for periods already billed.

6. Your responsibilities

• You confirm you are authorised to share the Stripe and usage data you provide, and that doing so does not breach any agreement or law.
• You are responsible for any pricing, business, or operational decisions you make. Our outputs are recommendations and analysis, not a guarantee of any particular revenue, margin, retention, or business outcome.
• You will not resell, redistribute, or misrepresent the Service or its outputs.

7. No outcome warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant any specific financial result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Confidentiality

We treat the data and business information you share as confidential and use it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo, Japan.
