This Privacy Policy explains how Rhetica Ltd, a company registered in Tokyo, Japan ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with AI Pricing Lab (the "Service"). We know the data you share with us — your revenue and usage data — is sensitive, and we treat it that way.

1. Information we collect

• Waitlist / contact information. When you join our list, we collect your email address and the business details you provide (such as ARR band, AI stack, and current pricing model).
• Customer and analysis data. When you purchase an AI Pricing Reset, we collect the Stripe revenue data and AI usage data you connect or upload (for example MRR, plans, discounts, token/GPU/query usage, and infrastructure costs) so we can produce your analysis.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe handles payment data under its own terms and privacy policy.

2. How we use your information

• To produce, deliver, and support your AI Pricing Reset and Margin Watch.
• To communicate with you about your purchase, the Service, and (if you joined our list) relevant updates and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

We use your revenue and usage data only to provide the Service to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not publish your data or identify you in any case study without your explicit consent.

3. Service providers

We use a small number of third-party providers to operate the Service. They process data only on our behalf and only as needed:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• MailerLite — email list management and communications.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers used to run the Service.

4. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6); we will delete it unless we are required to retain it by law.

5. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the data you entrust to us and limit access to it.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@aipricinglab.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. International transfers

We operate from Japan and our providers may process data in other countries. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on the protections offered by our providers and take steps to ensure your data remains protected.
